This new solution marks a significant milestone in the digital transformation of business processes and the management of electronic document circulation in Azerbaijan.
AsanDoc.az is an advanced platform for electronic signing, storage, and document sharing, powered by the enhanced mobile electronic signature Asan İmza. This technology, developed by B.EST Solutions Azerbaijan in collaboration with the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, serves as a key component of Azerbaijan’s e-government infrastructure, ensuring the digital identity verification of its citizens.
Key Features of the New AsanDoc.az Portal:
Secure and Enhanced Electronic Signatures
The portal operates on a trusted PKI infrastructure and post-quantum cryptography, ensuring the highest level of security and legal recognition for electronic signatures. Secure exchange and validation of signatures guarantee the integrity and authenticity of documents.
Confidentiality and Encryption
The confidentiality of signed documents is a priority for all users. AsanDoc.az addresses this concern by using cryptographic encryption and access control mechanisms to protect uploaded files. Documents remain confidential within the portal and are only accessible to authorized participants of the document workflow. Access to files is managed exclusively through the user’s Asan İmza mobile e-signature, preventing third-party access.
User-Friendly Interface and Improved Design
The newly upgraded interface makes the portal more intuitive and accessible for all user categories. The updated AsanDoc.az portal also introduces group signing, automated notifications, and an approval/rejection feature, enabling users to manage documents effectively and transparently.

The portal supports various document formats, including PDF, DOC, and XLS, ensuring seamless document processing and workflow management.

Integration with eSIM-Based Asan İmza
Users can now sign electronic documents on AsanDoc.az using the eSIM-based Asan İmza, a service introduced earlier this year through a partnership between B.EST Solutions Azerbaijan and the State Tax Service. The Asan İmza eSIM was launched first in Azerbaijan by Azercell Telecom and allows users to transfer their existing mobile signature from a physical SIM card to an eSIM or apply for a new digital identity via eSIM. This solution provides advanced encryption for document security and protection against SIM card loss or theft.
